If Angie is helping support her mother in Moscow, this could explain her move from XLife back to RLC.  1.) Bonus money..  2) Because of sanctions, it is very  difficult to send bank transfers or money-grams to Russia.   You can bring cash and exchange it for rubles at a bank at a Russian airport.. 

If she is making frequent trips, she may be helping others transfer money into Russia.

Odds are good that if she is looking for bonus money, visually exciting times are ahead in the Montenegro apartments.
