I really don’t know what’s going on , it has been also other periods that “ updates “ 🤪🤪😂 were delayed but it now looks like control has been lost . 
- Venera and Lion have departed , their apartment still online and not UM if they want to bring it back 

- Buki is nearly 2 weeks off , nobody knows when and if he returns 

-Neytiri was off the villa , we never got to know how long she will be away 

- The Latinas are off and on whenever  they like , like they are in the project for months or have any actual experience . Let’s say ( which is still wrong ) that Madison - for example - was off and on like the Latinas , I could understand , we all see she has a lover , she’s approaching in this rhythm 2 straight years with RLC , we can understand . But the Latinas ? 😂🤣Come on 

- At XLife , Alexandra , ex RLC participant and also residing in Barcelona , nearly 10 days away and also no information . 
 

We also got an all of a sudden UM at Zabava’s and Esmi’s apartment only to find out 3 weeks to a month later that they are relocating . It is also happening more often that tenants go on holidays and they are delaying way much more their return dates . 
 

I will say something that I know FOR SURE . There were “ strict “ notifications from RLC Management to tenants who participated the last 24-30 months that they were in danger to have their contract terminated if they would go away for more than 5 days at certain periods of their residency and in one occasion , often absences from a tenant ( like the Latinas current style ) led to the tenant to have the contract terminated . This is all I can say , anyone can make their conclusion on how - mainly Barcelona - is treating the customers and in general how the RLC - customer service experience is .

At this point i agree with Brit Guy, Madison is the only tenant who get views at this project who is in clinical death even though it's boring for those of us who we know her from the first day, but literally she is the single one physically present.

These are bad times at RLC in my opinion. It looks like they lost all control of the tenants who are away for days like they don't care at all. 

I didn't like the switch to the Latina girls and still don't like it. However, girls like Neytiri, Ulyana and Zoe aren't Latina's, but they are away just as often like Jen, Dominga, Thais, Veronica etc.

I agree , Nani is the one present but she always give me the impression that she is feeling like the “ last wheel of the truck “ , kind of being “ second “ ,  behind Neytiri , behind the Latinas. She will give me the impression that she lacks self confidence and being insecure . I think she has “understood “the project but she’s “ confused “ on how she see things happening . The influence of Neytiri to her is beyond words.

I made the post in B2 topic , at least Neytiri and Ulyana have contributed lots and lots and lots of content during their presence . The only I felt like being a “ tenant “  has been Veronica but since the arrival of Thais and Dominga , she started also being away very often. I still don’t complain about her though , she’s the really one who has always been trying and kept the balance of the Spanish speaking with the Ukrainians. Thais I have no issues , she managed  after the first 2-3 weeks to find a good balance being at her boyfriend’s place and have him in the villa , she’s social and participating . Dominga has no problem to do all on cameras but she’s selective and not “ natural “ , it is scheduled her things if I may say so . And of course we have terrible B1 and still - for me - B5 but i expect with Gelia - if she’s allowed by the lesbians 😁- to become more active . However , a guy who is really great for his girlfriend is gathering again all these disgusting and reduced personality characterizations from the “ Prince Charms “ of this site and the “ Don Juans” . I hope he NEVER finds out of this site , otherwise , I can only see him ask Gelia to pack her things and follow him ( she really likes him a lot ) .

As B-4 is next to B-7, if electric power was lost in the neighborhood, B-7 would be U/M as well.  The electric power lines run below ground, not overhead.  There looks to be an electric usage meter and a master power switch built into the property wall along the sidewalk.

Given the hour that electric power was lost, and there was no notice to the tenants in B-4 that the power was being cut, a possibility is that a vehicle struck the wall where the electric meter is, which could have resulted in the loss of electric power.

There also appears to be a room on the same level as the kitchen, but off-cam, which may be a  room  where they can access all utility pipes and lines coming into the villa  For example, unless the sewer line for the villas runs downhill to the street below the villas, they would need an electric-powered pump to lift sewage up to the street. Sewage does not flow uphill.  It is also possible a master circuit panel in this room also failed.

I agree that some tenants have contributed a lot, BUT at the moment it's really a disgrace that so many tenants are away for days in a row. And it looks like RLC doesn't care at all, that is the worst part. I am seriously thinking about cancelling my subscription. I am mostly watching the BCN apts but it isn't worth my money this way. I don't like to pay to watch empty apts.
