Aussie_oi_oi Posted November 29 Posted November 29 RLC is being a pain in the ass and closing all but a few free cameras. I'm not a happy chappy. The other reason is that my diabetes had become completely out of control, and neither my diet nor the medication was working anymore. I had a blood test last Saturday, and on Monday, the doctor called and asked me to come in immediately. Of course, my mind immediately went to the worst — I thought it might be cancer or something even more serious. When I saw him, he told me my diabetes levels were through the roof. I said, “No shit, Sherlock.” I’d already been researching what I could do about it for a few weeks. I’m not hugely overweight, but I could definitely lose around 15 kg. From everything I’d read and watched on YouTube, the Ozempic pen seemed like a great option for both weight loss and managing diabetes. God love my wife — she told me she’d help me through any side effects from the injections. I love her to bits. She even said that apart from a small tummy, I still have my cute ass. And thankfully, here in Australia we’ve got a pretty amazing healthcare system. Ozempic would usually set you back about $300 a month, but when it’s prescribed for diabetes, it drops to just $31.60. I know we all lead busy lives, but if you’ve got a moment, watch this video. It’s absolutely fascinating and will change the way you think about food and eating. 2 Quote

In Portugal Doctor arrested for prescribing Ozempic to fake diabetics: the aim was weight loss. The National Health Service may have been defrauded of more than 3 million euros. The Ozempic stock ran out, and for people with diabetes, it was almost unavailable. 1 Quote

My doctor, you nearly had to be on death's door to get a doctor's certificate for one day off work. 1 Quote
