Its hard to say since europe isnt a country. 

Some countrys inside europe are more strict than others when it comes womens birth medicine/birth rights. 

But im sure rlc people have it easy to get them. But the "biggest" issue for women ive talked to is the sideeffects. Some get high blood pressure, gain weight, depressed etc etc. Some feel nothing at all. Som im pretty sure its more of a side effect thing more than "hard to get birthcontrol"
