If RLC would only have couples then I wouldn't be a member. However, at the moment I don't think we have to complain about girls at B4/B7 who are away a lot. Actually they are mostly present lately. Of course he's wrong... without Barcelona, RLC is dead... they know that and that's why they started with one apt and now there are 6... it wouldn't be the case if bcn apts didn't work... but of course it is his opinion 🤣 1 hour ago, luvdoggy1111 said: Then I hope you won't apply for a job at RLC 🤣 Fortunately, he won't; RLC would go bankrupt 😨 2 Quote

I read his messages in Dutch (probably his only language, and still deplorable), and he comes across extremely uneducated (and vulgar). Perhaps not even sane. Again, personal opinion. And I'd be surprised if Bogdan spoke Dutch. I think you are right. At first I attributed the vulgarness to the translator just in case but when you popped up yesterday and had read it IN Dutch you confirmed it. Strange dude. 🤷♂️ 1 Quote

Tenants would be home more in a more boring city, but they'd also bring less or no interesting guests, have less or no guest friends over (because there's less incentive to visit friends in a boring place), and would spend most of their time staring at their phones or screens anyway. Not my thing. If (but that's a big "IF" at the moment, unfortunately) they manage to fill all the beds in Barcelona, the problem kind of solves itself: a few tenants will always be home no matter when. And those that aren't, might meet/know guests to bring home. I don’t know if it was brought up yet but speaking of weather, aside from some required repairs, the pools are fucking awesome in the summer time, I’d hate to not have those anymore. Yeah the more i think about it the more i think pulling the plug on B4 and/or B7 would be a dumb move. But then so is starting a company that competes with your other company. 😄 1 2 Quote

However, it's not the apartments themselves that are really decisive, but their residents. Simply having a lot of places and then filling them with girls who aren't attractive or are boring, or even worse, having lots of empty rooms, is pointless. Just take the people who are actually present at the moment. You could easily leave out B1 or B2 and there would still be empty rooms. If you also take into account the girls who do little to nothing, then you could definitely cut out B1 and B2. So, what I'm saying is, RLC has virtually already closed an apartment, even though they're all still online. 5 Quote

coolcucumber Posted January 3 Posted January 3 If they close down the villas or Barcelona apartments, more than half of the viewership would drop, say whatever you want, fact is Barcelona apartments and the villas have their lure and people mostly subscribe to see what's happening in there on day to day basis. 1 5 Quote
thereala78 Posted January 3 Posted January 3 I was thinking why Astra doesn't move in the master bedroom? It means that either she will move out B2 and doesn't bother to move her stuff (again) or RLC is waiting for known new tenant(s) otherwise Astra could take the MBR... according to towels on bed, the last one is more likely 😉 B2 room(s) will definitely be filled but girl(s) know how to keep us waiting 🤣 Quote

HotWivesRock Posted January 3 Posted January 3 (edited) I'd suggest that after closure of the Russian Apartments investing more in Spain was a good way of getting Russian girls to join the project, the attraction of visiting Sunny Spain and getting paid sounds like a good plan to me. I'd also suggest RLC invested (Eg, bought the B4 Villa) as it enabled the then Russian Owners (I'm confident they still do behind a smoke screen of Directors and Registraion in Cyprus) to get Golden Visas to live in Spain / Europe and get their Rubles out of Russia, Maybe later buying B7 under a different name, or 3rd Party investor got them a few more visas for other people. Times have changed since the Ukraine Russian War started and getting Russian Girls has become more difficult while Ukrainian Girls were an opportunity, RLC have gone on to invest money in cheaper Countries like Poland, Czech Republic and Montengro which makes a lot of sense. Talk of B7 closing permantly suggests RLC have reviewed their investment in Spain or a 3rd party investor has pulled the plug, maybe that was the person that visited a few years ago who knows. (but I'd don't want to give Moules ideas. 😂) We wait and see what happens next but for now they need some more Girlies to fill the empty beds 😍 I think any new Couples Apartments will continue to be in Croatia Czech Republic, Poland and Montenegro (unless they are on Xlife). RLC has no Croatia , maybe you mean Czech Republic ? Montenegro is visa free for Russians and it is a “ shelter “ and that’s why I believe we are going to see even more investments in this country . Czech Republic is difficult for the Russians currently but it has been a country that has established a very big community and it has helped with people being many there , I believe the Russian speaking people we see all these years there are many years there living or have taken the citizenship . Spain is a “ no possible “ anymore , the ones we see currently wondering around stir at RLC or XLife , they are tenants that were there before the war started and they have kind of European Union benefits . For sure , they can’t get nowadays Russians in the apartments but let’s hope that this changes , I will always believe that due to the project “ being born “ by Russians , will always have another “ connectivity “ than the Ukrainians . In general , Ukrainians have “ saved “ the Barcelona apartments , it is just proved that it is very difficult to recruit directly from people living already in Barcelona and having established a life than all of those years that they could bring easier girls directly from Ukraine or other countries in general . 1 Quote
Maxbell Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Regarding B apartments: What ever RLC's process is for selecting girls, and whatever bureaucracy is involved, and whatever logistical delays that affect start dates of new girls, its almost unfathomable that they can't find 3 girls to fill the beds of the B's? They can work this out I am sure They have 17 beds out of 20 beds filled And actually filled with 18 people. So..not bad 1 1 Quote
