The apartments are nothing without residents. It's better to have one full apartment than three where the residents are always escaping elsewhere out of boredom. Quote

Lol Say what you want about B7 but a lot of content happens there. B2 is very villa like too and has be good in the past and no reason why it won’t swing that way in the future. @mikeeej4 implied he has contact with Bogdan somehow, so hard to say if B7 is truly closing or really is sold to the guy upstairs. 🐠 I would think B4 and B7 would be the last places they would close.
