Then again, there were always cliques & feuds, so maybe this is just cheap psychology/sociology... But it was never as bad as presently, I think...

A great observation and nice summary and presenting a very good reason that Covid might be “ forcing “ subconsciously the behaviors of the people .

Still , in my eyes ( and your argument I obviously welcome in the discussion as very valid ) the COMMON problem has JUST one name ;

The solution , in my opinion is very very easy and simple . Like all jobs , like all companies who have employees working for them , the company evaluates the people that work for a company and interferes when the results aren’t expected  or could be better or they see the “ productivity “ of the employee not being at the expected level . These are people that a company , RLC , pays them to have free apartments and salaries with the only obligation from them to live real , normal lives like they would if there were not cameras following them . A company interferes if they observe not good relationships or tense among employees , EVERYBODY should work for the common good , that is to bring money in the company which ultimately results in the payroll of the employees . 
 

To me , RLC seems that has abandoned the development and evolution of the Barcelona hub or a)they don’t pay enough so as the tenants ( employees )  are motivated to work with good feelings for the company - still the employees have always the decision to quit and not doing it shows the incredible benefits they get from RLC - and b) they currently don’t have the appropriate people ( management ) to handle this big investment , resulting on irrelevant issues to escalate or really serious to not be solved and become a big disease ( examples are obvious I think that I refer to .. ) . The addition of the XLife platform , that I honestly don’t know how it is profitable and benefiting them ( in my eyes XLIFE is used as a “ laundry “ business for things that need to be resolved from the Russian owners of RLC ) , it has caused problems that in fact NEVER have been seen in Barcelona. Empty beds for this “ eternity “ of time , the biggest tense ever seen amongst tenants and terrible relationships , the ABSOLUTE lack of information to their paying customers , us viewers and subscribers on what’s going on with tenants not on cameras for more than 48 hours ( tenants on holidays that we never know return dates , tenants that disappear and we have no notice for the time away ) , as in said then , the common denominator of the problems has SIMPLY one name and one name only ; the company / business itself ;

It is up to them to fix this , the things though that we see suggest that they simply believe that “ epiphany “ will happen and the problems will be miraculously be solved . I really can’t understand how a business isn’t caring to protect their investment . Insane . 
 

P.S . Whoever knows me here all these years that I post , knows how much “ love “ I have for RLC and being a great companion to watch people , characters , personalities , shirt or long built stories , things that are in a way unique being able to watch in such expand . I hope they really see it also them because I can NOT believe that they think that it is all right .

Gelia & Kaya (& most other tenants) are from the same war torn country as Lunette is. Perhaps Lunette's home town is occupied by the Russians and not the home towns of the other tenants?... No idea... In any case, this thing is not worth upsetting her friendship with Gelia for (though Ada may very much want her to, and is now succeeding at driving a wedge between both).

I never knew Ada has been suicidal, but if that's indeed the case, her place really is not on RLC... At least not in a shared apartment. If Lunette ever wants to escape her control, Ada might emotionally blackmail her by threatening suicide... Not a good spot to be in...

My personal opinion .

 

Kaya was wrong that she did whatever she did in the room of Lunette and Ada , it happened , the time isn’t going back . It also happened when Gelia was sleeping so , in my eyes , Gelia HAS ZERO responsibility of what happened . Gelia is just a social person when it is CLEAR that this couple don’t want anyone around them ( guests are not coming in this apartment as they said repeatedly to poor  Gelia ) 

BUT … the way that Ada and Lunette try to handle this situation , lecture a 2 vs 1 to Gelia , their way is really ridiculous . Gelia brought Kaya AS IT SHOULD exactly happen to apologize and make a face to face explanation . And they got ballistic like the third world war happened . All the right they had with what happened , Kaya and Gelia tried to face it as adult women and the couple like two people that don’t want to listen anything , NOTHING AT ALL . We had two women trying to explain and apologize in the end the way I see it and two “ children “ , the one playing it masculine and macho wanting to just BURY the existence of the person that made indeed a mistake . 
 

In the end . Ada and Lunette should grow up and YES , mistakes happen , stupidities , wrong decisions . But “ showing “ dominance and not wanting to listen , sorry , this isn’t the way . At least listen and THEN CURSE the other with all the “ FUCK OFF “ in all languages . Gelia proves she’s completely fine as a tenant but she imprisoned herself in this DO NOTHING apartment with these children . I hope she packs and goes and enjoys her life and leave this apartment to the complete ignorance as these two girls Ada and Lunette are … IGNORANT . This is a SHARED apartment , Gelia can’t even bring people because  they need to be approved and if they aren’t nice or behave good , Lunette and Ada will ask that they go away from a SHARED apartment . 
 

As was easily predicted , the apartment would be interested and as long this story lasts , BACK TO BOREDOM and INDIFFERENCE apart from those who like to watch lesbian sex ( because NOTHING ELSE happens in this place ) and the few of us that like Gelia , we won’t be able to enjoy her as she’s now “ buried “ not being able to do anything .

I agree the whole message.

Kaya did something wrong and deserved a lecturing (and paying for the wine), and maybe Galia deserved some small lecturing too, but all this overreacted drama shows a lot of contained anger from Ada, like she was waiting for this moment to turn Lunette against Gelia.

Some of you pointed to the fact that Ada is acting manipultive to isolate Lunette and stuff, and maybe you are right and she's a bit jalous and she sees Gelia as a rival.

I don't know, it's just a guess.

What did Ada and Lunette ever do to anyone? Nothing! I don't see why A & L have to talk to anyone... until they are ready to talk to them. Kaya wants to just show up and force her version of an apology (more likely to be a bunch of lame excuses than an apology) down their throat but they didn't want to even look at her, so they told her to leave! Most reasonable people would respect their wishes and come back at an appropriate time to talk, but not Kaya. She's got to make it even worse by smirking at them as they try to get her out of their house. 

Lunette made it perfectly clear to Gelia... it's about respect. No one respected their private space or their belongings. I can see why they're upset about the wine, that's probably the nicest bottle of wine they've ever had and some drunk bitch comes along, with her dick of the day, and guzzles it down. I'd be pissed too. 

Most of us here are older and know that in the grand scheme of things... this means very little and some day they will laugh about it. But for right now... for these two young girls, they feel disrespected in their own home and by someone they considered a close friend. They'll get over it on their own time frame... not anyone else's.

Lunette saying also that Gelia has been a loyal and trustworthy friend , well , prove it . She brought ( Gelia )  the person that made the mistake to make it all IN FRONT of them and not behind their backs so as it is an honest face to face discussion and ok , in the end , if they found the words of Kaya ridiculous or not worthy to listen to her anymore , they could tell her peacefully and in a mature way that she’s not welcomed in the apartment anymore indefinitely and that’s it or whatever they wanted to tell her . 
 

The thing that happened is that in this SHARED apartment , Gelia obviously will not bring people anymore , she’s not a nun to babysit and say to grown up people “ please behave as my housemates don’t like this and don’t like that “ . Who will want to go and visit a friend when the first move that he / she makes the two couple ladies will look at him / her that didn’t do it the way they want or think it should happen .. There is the famous “ savoire vivre “ , people should know it as it is learned from our families or with our daily actions as we grow up . If I was going to sleep to give some space so as for a good friend of mine to have fun , I would not expect that my friend would end in my housemates room doing sex. But it happened and not even I would apologize for my friend but I would bring ( like Gelia did ) my friend to ask for a genuine apology and that it was really really bad what the/she has done . The rest and reactions , in my eyes , it is predetermined behaviors of people who no matter what they will listen , they have a priori taken a decision to hate or not accept any word . BUT , to a good friend , someone who hasn’t given you a reason in the past , you ought to be a bit more “ peaceful” and understanding .
