Just because the apartments are empty doesn't mean that RLC couldn't find any girls. It could just as well be that they don't want to spend the money needed to find the right girls. As long as RLC has enough people pay despite the declining quality, they can make a decent amount of extra money. I am at least currently thinking about cancelling my subscription again. Maybe the content will be better in a few months. 

The RLC Venera and Lion swapped with Vega and Rex really annoyed me. They must know that the two of them are not worth anything for the project at all.

The only thing keeping RLC going is the Barcelona arm of the business as the couples category are already on Xlife (despite the Xlife payments system being different). All they need to do is drop the couples from RLC and then all RLC will be is Barcelona, BUT they don't seem to even be fucking bothered about that due to currently and potentially having 4 beds empty if you count the GR bed at H&U place. By the end of February there will 'possibly' be 2 more 'double' beds empty whilst they still need to fill the single ones.
