Bad news I would say. Barcelona has a problem and something definitely goes on , first time in such situation . My ONE and ONLY hope is that they have “ studied “ the last months very carefully and they are preparing for a MAJOR lifting , introducing tenants that won’t cause the issues that we saw the second 6 months of RLC in 2025 in Barcelona . Perhaps they are under “ strict “ conditions hiring and maybe they are taking their time to have at least an 80-90% success this time with recruitments rather than this disastrous choices they made .
