Why did you have to mention those two ...worst tenants EVER in the history of RLC, Wolf and Lacrim were more entertaining than those two fucking idiots wearing identical clothing like it was contract obligation. That or like they were still 6 years old. I'd rather spend 10 hours counting how many grains of rice are in a 10 kilo bag than watch 5 minutes of them two ...JFC ...there were fucking painful to watch which was why I lasted 5 minutes watching them and never again.

One compares the balcony temperature for an apartment in an unknown city to the balcony / terrace temperature of other RLC apartments known to be in a specific city.  The outside temperature shown on the screen is likely the airport temperature for the apartment location, not the actual ambient temperature for the balcony at B-1 or the backyard at B-7.

If there is no balcony, an alternative would be to compare sunrise / sunset times on replay..

If the apartment is in a new location, Belarus or Bulgaria or Macedonia for example, not worth the effort it would take to locate it.  RLC will eventually tell Noldus!  

IIRC, in the days of the Russian apartments, there was one or two apartments in Krasnoyarsk, which is in Siberia.  Krasnoyarsk is four hours ahead of Moscow, so one could quickly guess the city was far away from Moscow and St. Petersburg..  Russia has eleven time zones,

Another way to tell is the time shown on a clock that is visible on cam, like a kitchen clock.

Walls have been moved, paint and floors replaced, but the bones are still there. There was always a full length balcony but a portion of it used to be screened in. That window on the balcony is same one that used to look into the kitchen. The doors that lead to the balcony from Zab's room are the same ones that used to be in the old LR. Maybe don't be so quick to disregard the idea of a remodel, I think in time it will be proven true.
