I wonder what RLC pays to rent B1? 2500 Eros? More maybe its a big place.
100 subscribers monthly subs pay for that. Add to that utilities, insurance, administration, misc, so maybe it takes 200 subs. Then additional subs pay the wages and bonuses, maybe it takes 400 subs to break even.

Pretty sloppy estimates I know. LOL

LOL

Beh… non credo abbiano cosi pochi abbonati

the only thing i think and this is just  thought because of money issues they might close B1 to save money i dont see why they chase out the tenants especially those who are popular and bring views

It’s funny to think that RLC wishes to closes apartments in Barcelona due to money issues when the explanation is just in front of their eyes …. XLife … this concept is making them lose so much money , site maintenance , people working for it , whatever salaries to the participants or any financial agreements that exist for the site .

To go and analyze a bit further , I think the majority here can agree that much of RLC’s downgrade ( especially on how Barcelona is operating ) started when XLife completed a serious amount “ live “ on the internet . XLife is a disastrous money project in my opinion , I really can’t see who subscribes to watch absolute zero and whoever is watching it is mostly the RLC subscribers using the opportunity of the apartments due to the RLC subscription .

As I have said in the past , I think XLife platform is a PURE money laundry operation for RLC , I could even say that it isn’t also a coincidence that it appeared during and after the war started in Ukraine . RLC terminating XLife could “ free “ really much financial resources , that’s what I think .
