Having spent one year in medical school (before coming to my senses that I didn't want to be buried in school loan debt),...I wonder if Leora has circulation issues.  All that time each day staying in bed can't be good for her circulation.  Even in her 30s, blood clots can develop due to poor circulation.
 
I hope she has an EpiPen in the medicine cabinet. 😆

I don't think an EpiPen will save her. It's evident that there is a clot stuck in her brain and has been for years

Leora needs a person to show her that she’s IMPORTANT , a person to make her feel special and unique , a person to remind her that she’s EXISTING a a human being and not just one more creature breathing on this planet without any reason . 
 

Leora needs to enjoy attention , to listen to thank you when she cooks , when she tides up the apartment , she needs to listen to “ you look so beautiful today “ comments from someone . She needs to FEEL that she’s SOMEONE and not NOONE as I think she feels now .

When she feels SOMEONE again , she maybe gets more smiley and alive once again . At the moment , even the hardcore fans have abandoned her.
