Indeed. When hovering with my mouse over the tumbnails, I saw stills of the guests sitting on the balcony (no fucking or petting as far as I could see), but the livestream was unavailable.

So, they didn't fuck on the balcony & then later demanded the replay taken down: nothing was visible except in the thumbnails were you just saw them sitting, and the tenants & guest were probably unaware of the malfunction.
