And consequently, I have no idea (or repressed...) what the Hanson band members look like.

In real-time, the video from that camera was frozen.  It is the balcony cam and the image would not refresh.

The camera was offline. Nothing was deleted.

It shows activity during that time frame and if you mouse over the spikes, it did capture images, it just won't replay it.

I was watching it live. It was showing another error, wasn't UM.
