Had to Google this.

"Sprogs" is an informal and often humorous British and Australian slang term for a baby or young child. It is also used as a colloquial term for new military recruits in the RAF.

I assume that you mean that she had to visit her child?

OT and personal life... but I don't think her child is in Spain but abroad, isn't he?
