Okay make me understand this we have possible two bedroom apartments that can be quickly ready for these two, the first one belongs to two females that act more like elderly females, and the other apartment is usually always vacant with one of the tenants constantly missing in action, so why is it taking so long to clear out one of these apartments for these two

There are only four apartments in Montenegro that are on-cam. 

Of the four, one is a two bedroom apartment (Sasha, Dasha, and Nancy).  There are three one bedroom apartments: Adeline and Markus, Aziza, and Mariro and Jojo.  RLC may have other apartments in Montenegro, but these are not on-cam.  To my knowledge, RLC has never closed an apartment in Montenegro.  And I don't believe there are any XLife apartments in Montenegro.

Apartments in other countries are not always readily available.  Quite often Schengen rules limit occupancy by Russian and Ukrainian passport-holders.

To be totally honest I am not familiar with the locations of these apartments, but the two bedroom apartments I referring to is Esmi and Zabava or Harley and Ulyana, because I really feel it's past due for a change for these two apartments
