I remember in the last Russian apartment, people were often commenting about how wasteful they were, energy-wise, because pretty much every light in the apartment was always on.

Seems like it doesn't matter what they do, folks are always going to find fault.

Have no worry about Paul,even ugly,old dogs with fleas get adopted.Look at Elli,she kicked her old dog (sayn) to the curb and got a new shelter dog,and i'm sure her old dog is just fine,Paul will be in the same situation and most likely survive just fine.(don't get me wrong,i could care less about the sloth) If all else fails,Putin may want him for cannon fodder,lol.
