And the ex-tenants can be "happy/thankful" they're "allowed" to stay in a villa in Barcelona for free... 😕 Which is not a problem in itself, on the contrary: it's bad to make people homeless, but can become a problem if this becomes a habitual method of operation for RLC to cut costs... Perhaps the long term plan RLC has for the Barcelona places is to not pay the tenants anymore (or perhaps only bonuses to encourage some action, if RLC has any sense)?... But only allow them to stay in a villa/apt in BCL for free, albeit on cam?... There might be enough girls to be found willing to do this?... Problem is they would probably need another job (at least parttime), so wouldn't be home very often... But one might argue that's already the case with many... 1
