The girls have already made enough , the most expensive is to have rental in Barcelona , so , they can keep on having the wonderful villa facilities and life goes on . And then , there are also the viewers who keep the site alive and running . Why a payroll tenant go and does more than a simple shower , nude sunbathing when they see the former tenants wondering around and live normally amongst them ? 
 

Why should Karma , Eleonora , Aveline and Amirel do more when the amount of money they will get isn’t that much of a difference than what the girls who ARE NOT paid currently enjoy ? EXCEPT , if there’s an “ invisible “ new rule saying that if an ex tenant makes “ Chilli style “ appearances gets some money back n case they provide content , with money being paid by the active tenant after a sort of agreement 😂😂 ( which is a MYTHIC explanation obviously 😜😜 ) .

 

RLC found MAGICALLY the way to have tenants without actually having to pay them. Just keep the ones that they just fired and simply provide “ bed and breakfast “ and not having to pay them . MAGICAL INSANITY , RLC on another level in Barcelona 2026 ( poor Amirel , the ONLY ONE left who doesn’t care and keeps on having fun and living her life with her fun moments , Karma we need to wait ) . 

You opinion of the situation could be on target 👍, however two thoughts I can’t shake:

- I don’t give any credit to RLC for ‘getting it right’. They are basically bound to stumble into couple decisions that work. Until I see a repeated pattern of good decisions, this goes down as someone said here “a broken clock is right twice a day”. 

- regarding ex-tenants staying beyond there time, I don’t think RLC could care less. When you look at the bums who have squatted in that villa who, if nothing else could even be an insurance risk and RLC doesn’t seem to care about that. I do think for the most parts RLC are hands-off most happenings in the villas.

I’m still on the fence about Karma this time. I still like her a lot but it’s pretty boring. 
‘Her computer work used to be at the DR table where we could look over her shoulder and snoop.
‘It would be nice if she started a painting and we could also peer over her shoulder and enjoy.
And of course who is her boyfriend these days.

Her start isn't really hopeful. The PH looks like an office where her head is hidden behind the stuff on the table and she is already gone again.
She is still beautiful to look at but I have my reservations and I also have in mind that returning residents are almost always a disappointment.

once she reads the doubt that viewers have said about her she will turn the villa into a freak show.  it's better to say nothing if you are a fan of hers.

I was very happy to see Karma back but when she is away B4 is the same boring place as always lately.

Come on girls, B4 is the place for partying, having fun etc, especially in the summer!

B4 needs a strong leader...a driving force like Wolf was but Karma is a connector and not a leader. She cannot lift a group of reluctant girls to the next level because it is quite clear that the current residents are just holding out their hands and biding their time.
