On the contrary, they're like unpaid tenants now: they cost RLC (almost) nothing, while still generating views.

It's obvious RLC can't find new girls to fill B4 at the moment, and is therefore happy to let fired tenants stay.

Perhaps RLC even fired them early, knowing they would need time to find another place, thus actually saving money with some "free" tenants... (not saying it's nice of RLC though)
