Why would I care that somebody I do not know and has no effect on my life said something negative about me? I do not even care if people I know in my personal life say anything bad about me. Nobody has an affect on my life but me therefore their opinions are not worth much to me.

I hardly think any of these tenants would have the balls or the stupidity to enter into a defamation suit...and if they did, they would lose. Let's face it, the people are barely more than fictional characters. Pretty much all of them have been since Elena and Artur came on board. How can one defame a work of fiction?

If you straight out on the internet state that someone is a prostitute and that person is not a prostitute you can be sued.And they will win in court and you will pay big time.All the woman needs to do is show CC records to prove her case.

They knew the cam's were there and people would be watching them that's what i meant when i said [the knew what they were getting into] but i really believe they are just teasing us all of them look at the cams every now and then

Saying something that is untrue about a person won't guarantee that they will win a defamation of character suit against you. There is much more to it than that...at least in US courts. Defamation of character occurs when someone makes a false statement about you that causes you some type of harm. The statement must be published (meaning some third party must have heard it), false, and it must result in harm, usually to the reputation. http://www.alllaw.com/articles/nolo/personal-injury/defamation-character-lawsuit-proving-harm.html Now tell me...do you REALLY think calling a person a prostitute can harm their reputation when that person has already exposed their whole life to the world on 24/7 cameras...and they've gotten paid to do so? At the very least, they would be considered porn stars. What kind of reputation does a porn star have?

I did'nt call them any nasty names but this is the internet and not everyone is as nice as you and me
