Hard to tell unless you deep dive their pantry.  I have never seen them use any sort of animal byproduct that would be acceptable to vegetarians.

Granted I do not watch their cooking intently.

I think Nancy is only following their diet because she lives with them.  I dont think she is truly vegetarian/vegan.

IIRC Sophia was the only one that cooked meat while staying there. Maybe Tasha did it too, but I'm not sure.
