TBG 150
I wonder if there are any countries in the world where cockroaches don't reside. :scratchchin: In China the things are so bad that they use them for food.
Ozi
There are more than 4,000 species of cockroaches and apparently they live everywhere including the Arctic and Antarctic. The world's largest roach lives in South America, which claims say can grow to six inches long with a one-foot wingspan. Don't know about that, but I've seen some big buggers in the cellars of the old brewery in Perth. Apparently thrive on the hops, so probable pissed to boot. woodworker
I wonder if there are any countries in the world where cockroaches don't reside. :scratchchin: In China the things are so bad that they use them for food. "Hey Ma, what are we having for dinner tonight?" "Oh boy, cockroach souffle' sautéed in cow piss, with some asparagus sprouts!" "My favorite." "Makes my mouth water just thinking about it."
Foamy T. Squirrel
The really nice thing about cockroaches is that when fried, they are crunchy like potato chips, but have more protein and less carbohydrates. It's a win-win for people who promote the fine art of grub-eating.
TBG 150
PLEASE tell me that you really don't speak from experience. :yikes: But then living in Chinafornia, maybe you have tried the latest delicacies. Although I really thought that is was nicknamed 'Mexifornia'. :scratchchin:

Linked
I would rather deal with and eat cockroaches than the sand potatoes that I have been stuck dealing with.
TBG 150
Oh, we have them too. I always called this area the 6th Borough. A spin off of the 5 Boroughs in New York. Shit flows downhill. And I'm near the bottom of that hill that used to be thee American vacation destination. Now, like New York City, we're just the Southern Sewer here. Foamy T. Squirrel
I live in Texico. I understand that Texican cockroaches are so big that just one of them can feed a family of four for a week.
woodworker
Your right, they are. And they all seem to walk with a swagger too. And sometimes it can be a real struggle to see just who ends up eating who.
