I downloaded from the AC without a problem. Just noticed that the DirtyBin.com Uploader at the bottom of the page is showing an error condition... maybe that's why. Yes, the database error message started showing up after several unsuccessful attempts to get a DirtyBin link. Because you are not a paid CC member, you cannot see or download files from the attachment center and you will have to wait until the DirtyBin server is working again.
