Depends on which camera you're looking at. There are at least three different times indicated.

You may be right, but the apartment listing in the upper left shows the time in all three apartments as GMT +3.

All cameras in Sofia (VV) have a time-difference with W. Europe of 2 hours; this should be 1 hour.

In the (1) Bulgarian VH-apartment the 2 (for me) visible cameras have the correct time. In the list of (3) apartments has this apartment (Alex+Lina) the indication GMT+3 which should be GMT+2.
