Please explain to me in clear English or French what I have to do to stop receiving these damm updates. Admin Posted October 21, 2016 Share Posted October 21, 2016 The only notification that you have set is: Someone quotes a comment or post I made I can disable that if you'd like. If you are manually following a thread you may need to unfollow it to stop receiving updates. However, nothing is being automatically followed.
