You will have to disable your VPN Ultra Surf.   RLC does not work using a VPN now.

I started rlc first and it worked then i enabled my vpn and rlc stopped working,showed a message where the camera's is supposed to be, saying i had to be signed or logged in to see the camera's.disabled my vpn again and it worked.

They started blocking the VPN's last Friday.

Can you make a screenshot of what your RLC's Page looks like then I can get a better understanding.

A VPN also known as Proxy is used to mask your IP.  If you have any Software on your Computer you have to disable it in order to watch RLC.

tried it at 4:00am and just now and in between without vpn & still not working.
