Just a thought...if RLC really wants happy customers, then why don't they have an official posting person to give updates on situations with the site.  If I ran RLC, and saw how the customers discussed things/complained about things, I would use that to keep the customers content.

Maybe I am dreaming, but in the old days, customer's opinions of a company's product was very important.  It is a new world.  Oh, Well.
