Hey @astra, does Anita understand just how dire the situation at VV really is? They act like VH doesn't exist. Can't help but think VV has lost a significant number of subscribers in then last month.

try unplugging the modem & plugging it back in after 20 seconds. mine has been also losing the connection & this worked for me.
