Its bad for your reputation and bad for us bringing in one failure after the other. The mistake must be in your casting process. Why do you take these people for a public test when they obviously have proven nothing yet? Please sort out these failures BEFORE testing people in public. We want to see people like Lex Iris or Zoe and Jack. Nobody will pay a penny for watching shy girls hiding with hands and in the dark. 1
