There was much talk here about Martina getting a "Lesbian cut" before her getaway with Nelly. We don't know if they are managers.. people on this site have assumed or claimed it to be so. They're certainly not running the IT / technical side of things, they're not sitting at a computer for hours dealing with issues or corresponding with clients. If people are paying to watch REAL LIFE, those Barca vacation apartments aren't. Participants are no doubt selected on their willingness to put on shows. Being on holiday is their full time job it seems.
