I forget, how does debating bar/club closing times help us understand better what Martina does on her all-nighters? Sometimes I think we just like to argue here. I know, I get it, and kinda like it too.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to clubs like this bit so waitresses dress like we see Martina dressing? I am willing to believe she is going to clubs but I am not sure she is having sex. But this would be another speculation.

What evidence is there that her Friday nights (and Saturday … did she go out tonight?) are different than when she spent nights at B4 with Nelly and Megan?

Exactly. Even if they have a “special” relationship where Martina’s extra-curricular behaviors are accepted … I’m guessing he may not want to hear about the details. You may ask why she would continue to share such details. My guess is that by sharing it validates his acceptance of this in her mind. Again we don’t know the full story and this is all speculation. She could have been talking about all the people at the bar she waitresses at that did not tip her.

Dave … I will be the first one to agree that @girlsfun scenarios are quite a bit “out there” … but I think she challenges us to think outside the box. Her perspectives on human behavior are quite good I find … like above when she mentions that people are creatures of habit. You seem to think it is extremely unlikely that Martina goes out all night and parties and dances and fucks … and I am skeptical of this as well. But as we ALL know … when things were hot and heavy with Nelly … this is EXACTLY what she did … went out, danced, got drunk, and made love. All night long! Without Alberto. So for me, I do not know what she does all night … but I leave all possibilities on the table.

I would not say angry which is suspicious in and of itself. But he does seem annoyed or impatient with hearing this over and over … it’s as if they have “agreed to disagree” over something.

Not sure if this is sarcasm Keith but yes there could be a very plausible explanation for her all-nighters. But we don’t get very much from our beloved translators about this. To me, this is why I think some of the more lurid speculations start to fly. Like today at around 1PM Barca time … Martina was quite animated in the kitchen with just a crazy pair of panties on explaining something to Alberto with Alberto in his now-familiar arms-crossed position listening but not responding very much. His back to camera so not easy to see his body language. Would be good to get a transcript of that conversation. But does it matter what she said? She looked so sexy saying what we she was saying.

This all seems well and good Dave (and Yelt) but you are missing the elephant in the room. What you describe sounds like it could be my parents. They get along well and are happy but have their disagreements and don’t seem to have a lot of common interests. They just crossed 40 years of marriage and are going strong. But … I have not checked recently … but my mom has not had a bisexual affair with a married woman as far as I know! This is the X Factor in this relationship. Don’t get me wrong, Martina and Alberta are very open and I love that. Being sexually open … or sex positivism as some call it … is wonderful! But I do wonder how it will ultimately affect their relationship. Remember in the early days of M&N, people here were aghast and saying things like “what if Alberto cheated” etc. Now that the fling is over, we accept it. But I still wonder how it will ultimately affect things going forward. And this is NOT to mention anything possibly more dark going on in Martina’s life when she sleeps over night God knows where. Anyway … good post … but like an elephant … don’t forget the past! This story is not over.

Exactly. Thank you for the clarification. Yes this cycle of trying to change and then reverting to old behaviors will continue to go on. For these two it could continue forever and they will have a happy life together. If they were married for 20 years I would not worry. But honestly I am not convinced this relationship is that solid. She does adore him a lot so it could survive. I just wish rather than us picking sides, we just see what happens. And yes, "ni ni" is my all time favorite Catalan word! Thanks to my crush Martina and her delivery partner @emnv for bringing it to me. Can't begin to describe how perfect this word to describe many of my former lovers.

You are quite welcome DWI. At the end of the day, despite RLC's name, this is not real lifel. The cams everywhere is a prism that will always distort reality. So there is nothing wrong with just enjoying the show. Yet most of these cast members -- some more than others -- are trying to live their lives as normally as possible. They have goals, dreams, passions, etc. Trying to see and appreciate what is real and authentic versus what is simply a "porn scene" ... is what makes this so addictive for me.

The more I think about this, the more astonishing it is to me. Thought I would break out a second post to keep the length of my posts ON AVERAGE lower 🙂 Again if this is true, can you imagine talking to your significant other about your extracurricular sexual goals and desires and wondering to your spouse if another lesbian affair would help you forget about Nelly?

Thank you @emnv. It's sad but good to know that this "issue" in their relationship has not changed very much. People don't change very easily. Alberto tried by putting away the xbox and doing some exercising, etc., but it is difficult to sustain a commitment to new behaviors. As most know, I don't defend Alberto a lot; however, with Martina so focused on her studies, going to bed early, etc., it is difficult to blame him for dragging out the xbox. But the solution is simple for him ... hire a dog sitter if necessary and BE WITH MARTINA. Unfortunately, I don't think he is very social and does not like the same things that Martina likes, i.e. partying, dancing, socializing, etc. But if you truly LOVE someone, you do things that you don't necessarily enjoy yourself. We have seen Martina in front of the xbox ... now it is your turn Alberto. I agree Stan but only if Alberto and Martina were married 5-15 years with kids etc etc. I don't think we have determined accurately that they are married and clearly they are still quite young. Most importantly, Martina has a TON OF OPTIONS in front of her and she seems to be focused on her life being fulfilling, etc. She has goals, desires, purpose, and mission. If the comment made about her thinking of another lesbian affair is true, it felt to me as if this was a very purposeful almost goal-oriented comment, i.e. one of her goals in life is to experience bisexual love. For me, sex is not a goal, it just happens 🙂 ... but it's interesting to hear that comment from her, as if a lesbian relationship is on her bucket list (again if that comment is true). People will tolerate things for a long time before they cannot tolerate it anymore ... either physically or emotionally. You see people all the time limping for years needing a knee replacement ... then one day they decide to just get it done. What changed? Significant events ... like having a child ... can change the trajectory of these sorts of things. But honestly, if Martina does not truly love Alberto, having a child would be a bad decision. If her frustration with her beloved ni ni doesn't come to an acceptable resolution, I think at some point the relationship will end. Lastly, I am not rooting for their relationship to end nor am I rooting for them to stay together. It could still go either way at this point. I am just commenting on this ... shall I dare say ... soap opera. 🙂

Who's Nelly working on in the Fitness Room? I have a guess but I'd rather not.

Maybe not a good choice for Masha to stay in B5. There are no tubs in B5. She likes to spend 3-4 hours per day in the tub.

She is in bed. Unless she just snuck in within the last 27 minutes, I think that is where she was. She's been in bed since at least 1AM when I stopped checking. She does seem to be tossing and turning a lot. Hey here's an idea, let's analyze her sleeping habits!!
