Agree but in the same breadth paid subscribers should not complain either since RLC offers a product so if subscribers like it they pay but if they don't like it they can cancel or not renew. Subscribers have that choice. Subscribers don't control or tell owners how to run their business. If you don't like the product/service then leave a complaint and walk away. Same analogy - if you don't vote then you can't complain. Well if you voted - you have no right to complain either because when you voted you had your say - that is how a democracy works - live with it.
