I do not think that includes the posting of common porn in which the subjects are paid or are fully aware they are being filmed or photographed. I see you post a lot of material here under the heading of Voyeur General. I keep looking at your postings and noter more often than not, they are common porn. Jabbath, I see which country you are from. My wife was stationed over there as an MP, I asked her what the laws were governing CSC. I think perhaps you might want to look at the laws in your country and see what the "elements" of the varying degrees of CSC are. You might look at this a little different. I think these people are either in Russia or the Ukraine. I know the laws in those countries are far different than the States. I have been told there is not even any laws on the books relative to battery of one's wife. Most likely not much can be done there; but I can voice my displeasure here and pray for the day someone stomps his bitch ass into the ground on cam. Dam! I do not know where you live Golfer, but here in the States, Michigan specifically, one does not need violence to be convicted of sexual assault. Third Degree Sexual Assault consists of penetration without violence, when one is in a position of authority, one does not consent, or one is incapacitated or too young to give voluntary consent. On this I guess we will just have to disagree. I witnessed 3rd degree CSC last night. You have a different opinion, ok.. We are not going to agree on everything...

Normally I would agree with you Amy. Query, how many times does she have to say no, move away, pull his dick out and cover herself before it becomes non-consensual in your eyes?
