Just asking a question. I didn't understand what you meant. My guess would be because not everyone sees things the way you do or feels the way you do. Everyone has different tastes, different things they like or don't like. Everyone is different. It would be a boring world if we weren't.

Since you're using Chrome, check out this post and especially the one right after this one. Techy Stuff: Tips, How To's, Tutorials, Software, etc. You could also try ImTranslator. It's a browser add-on. It works in seconds, but it's not automatic like what's described in the two posts above. I hope this helps.
