By most peoples standards I would think yesterday was a very pleasant day, with something for everyone, dancing, housework, balcony and bedroom, Leora appeared to enjoy herself also....She always has enjoyed her music and dancing, she should do it more often, just for the exercise value alone should be enough to motivate her. Nothing to dislike whatsoever, a very good day for the fans and casual viewers. Hopefully it was a sample of things to come.🙃

To be honest Nich I would say that of all the times I have written to them with a problem I have with only one exception always received a reasonable reply and appropriate action if requested.

I would though like to elaborate on the subject of potential " extra compensation " Some people have mentioned that " bonus or compensation " could be warrened by the position the tenants attain in the replay thumbs, I don't know myself if this is factual but if it is it would fit in very easily with what has been witnessed recently. The replay thumbs can be manipulated. For instance; Because of Leora's popularity built up in the past, and because of her showing what herself and Malia could aspire to if they chose to they now have a captivated audience waiting with baited breath for " the next step ". With this in mind, Watch some of the replays or watch future sessions and you will notice that part of the time she is on her IPhone she is occasionally reading parts of this forum ( which I'm sure she will deny ) and more importantly she is checking the thumbs on RLC to see what her competition is doing....If she and Malia are not on top she will create a small situation that will concentrate our minds, it doesn't have to be anything too arduous or time consuming, just the pretext that something might occur, within minutes she will be in the top three thumbs and she has done no more than hint that something could happen, and you would be stupid to move away to another apartment, Bonus earned!!......Leora is not an innocent, she is one hard nosed businesswomen who has been in this game for a long time, lovely to look at sometimes but a master schemer and manipulator. Opinion is shared by several other members and was shared with me recently....Check it out !!

With respect Nich this last paragraph is another cop-out used by people who have no reasonable alternative argument to use and do not wish to commit themselves to criticism of the tenant. The point was not about whether people should or should not continue subscription, but whether her work ethic and interest was waning.

I'm not disputing what their contract may or may not stipulate mate, naturally it's not going to state that they have to partake in sex, but there are many peripheral thing in business that are not written but are expected nevertheless, thinking otherwise is just a cop-out. I would ask everyone to honestly search their soul and state that they would still watch RLC if no sexual activity took place.......And anyone who answers YES has some serious issues to get sorted. 🙄

I agree with much of what you state Nich, but would add that Leora did not build the reputation and fan base she enjoyed by sitting on her pert arse doing nothing for eight years. No she was a sex machine, sometimes up to three times a day on rare occasions but twice a day was not a surprise. She had the full package of looks, great body, intelligence, humour, gentle natured, gifted in certain skills such as needlework, painting and one hell of a dancer. Yes! She is now thirty, her body has changed somewhat and in my eyes better than it was, her attitude toward the project has changed dramatically also, although some people would dispute that fact, nevertheless it's true. For different reasons best known to only herself she is not now so prolific, some people will put forward the reason that it's because she is older now and her sex drive has diminished, or because she now has a house guest, in a romantic relationship, Covid, or is not fully committed as she was in past years....Who knows? No one knows for sure, so it is left to individuals to form their own opinions, which are all equally valid until proven wrong, and no amount of argument abuse or disagreement within this forum will alter that fact much as some individuals would like it to. People still holding up the old chestnut regarding " they are not obligated or committed to do anything" doesn't carry any weight any longer...It is what it is! a donkey by any other name is still a donkey....RLC can call it whatever it likes, but it's still a site where men/women get their kit of and have varying degrees of sex. They each set their own parameters to work within, but they certainly would not last very long if they abstained from sexual activity for any length of time. Leora has found a whole different life to the one she had in Russia and good luck to her, anyone would want to improve their lives if this is what she is doing, but in doing so certain things have been sacrificed to accommodate those improvements. I believe that the commitment she used to have between herself and her audience is evaporating, and that she now wants to still enjoy the benefits bestowed upon her but without having to put the time and effort into earning them. 😁

If you voice an honest opinion you shouldn't take any notice of other peoples reactions or overreactions to what you post. It doesn't necessarily mean that you dislike the particular tenant you are commenting on. As long as you showed respect to the tenant should have ensured that you were shown respect by other forum members in return, although there are never any guarantees.

Is anyone in their right mind seriously surprised? Whether she stays out or not is imaterial as far as I'm concerned, the apartment is really only a pit stop to sleep, shower and for costume changes between her outside activities.🥱
