Yes Barry, it is the responsibility of us to check what we are buying, and that is why since the time of purchase RLC have changed the description and product beyond recognition, thereby breaching our consumer rights to the extent that Segpay are prepared to reimburse those wronged...Works both ways mate.

I did similar my friend, I told them that they were in breach of consumer rights by arbitrarily changing the terms of my purchase agreement by 66% without prior notice or consideration for my rights. We may not be successful, but as you say, at least we did something.

Folks, Have a little more patience. I informed you that I had been in touch with Segpay but did not hold out much hope, emails have been going back and forth for two-three days and last night GMT I received notification that they will try and resolve the situation within 3 working days. This being the weekend then the three days should be Wednesday......I will keep you all informed and advise on approach to them if and when I get what I want.

The fact of the matter is that Paul would have gone to work and Aunt Flo would be making her monthly visit today....

I like several other good folk tried to contact them, and like everyone else got no response at all....Possibly the site is run by a bunch of Paul clones who don't have any idea how to respond. I have therefor gone for the people who accept the money on RLC's behalf. I emailed Segpay and informed them that in my opinion RLC and Segpay were in breach of consumer rights by taking monies for a service that was supposed to allow people to watch 24 sites for whatever period of time they chose membership and paid subscriptions for, but then reduced the service by 66% overnight without consultation. They ( Segpay ) have escalated my complaint up to their investigators, and that's where its at at this moment..... Having initiated this, I don't hold out much hope of a satisfactory conclusion, as I think they are as immoral as RLC, but it makes me feel better.
