Irrespective of your interpretation of events, and the fact that you are willing to let the bastards scam you out of your possibly hard earned funds, " the way life goes" only applies to people like yourself who sit back and do nothing about it....RLC are at fault and will suffer the consequences. As for your comparison with the " Entitled " generation, unlike them WE are entitled to restitution, as has been supported by Segpay by reimbursing monies paid for a miss-sold product. I'm sure that should we need your guidance and valuable advice again we will ask........

  10. Kudos to Segpay, a company to be trusted, who are true to their word and honourable in every sense of the word. Within just two days of informing me of an RLC subscription refund, it has been paid in full into my credit card account. All those good people still awaiting settlement, or if you have not approached them yet, do not worry about the outcome....You will get it, and promptly, as below. Yes Barry, it is the responsibility of us to check what we are buying, and that is why since the time of purchase RLC have changed the description and product beyond recognition, thereby breaching our consumer rights to the extent that Segpay are prepared to reimburse those wronged...Works both ways mate.

You could be right about the company being sold, why would they change the currency, especially as I would have though the North American market was a large proportion of their trade, With regard to Leora, I am convinced she will appear somewhere in the near future.....She's like the scorpion....It's what she does, she still has perhaps another 5 years left at the top if she looks after her body, and she loves to exhibit and earn money at the same time, for the nice things she enjoys. There is also the situation where Paul is not earning enough yet with his repair business to support himself, let alone her and an apartment. To quote Schwarzenegger. " She will be back " but I doubt it will be with RLC......Although RLC are devious enough to have something up their sleeve, but they are hemorrhaging subscribers drastically, and would I believe find it difficult to survive in the market with the crap they have on offer now.

  15. Be patient, Segpay seem to be a responsible company and are very pro-active when dealing with issues regarding complaints.....Refunding disgruntled RLC members can only enhance their image.A refreshing experience that RLC could learn much from in the customer relations department.

  20. I did similar my friend, I told them that they were in breach of consumer rights by arbitrarily changing the terms of my purchase agreement by 66% without prior notice or consideration for my rights. We may not be successful, but as you say, at least we did something.
