You have to consider that Paul because of his business interests in Russia still works on Krasnoyarsk time which is 5 hours ahead of Prague, whilst Leora for maximum exposure works to North American time which varies, but an example would be New York being 6 hours behind Prague. Therefore midnight in Prague is only 1800 hrs in NY and Leora getting up at 1430 hrs in Prague would only be 0830 hrs in NY. The timings may not suit the European fanbase but they both have to chase the money at the most lucrative marketplace I guess.

Whilst I agree that replay is probably a better alternative when one has a busy schedule it should be remembered that not everyone who watches is fortunate enough to be able to afford it, therefore the limited time Leora is visible in the apartment other than under the duvet could be the difference between enjoyment or complete disappointment. Only those who are retired, unemployed or single are afforded the privilege of natural sleep cycles while the rest have for different reasons to follow a routine.
