I miss the parties that Chloe and James used to throw back in their old apartment. Whatever happened to all their friends? I wonder why they don't want to invite people over any more. I think this place is in real dire need of some life and some new faces.

I don't disagree, but it's not as if she's just going to fuck a guy right in front of him just because she wants him. Like you said, we know Sid can't control her when she decides to fuck around, but we also know that she doesn't want to lose Sid, otherwise she would have dumped him a long time ago especially now since she had the chance to get with someone else.

VH can't force people to stay in any apartment. For one, we don't know what their responsibilities are outside of the house. And two, forcing people to stay in any given place is basically like a prison.

It's also possible that because Em did stuff with Bob after the party, that Sid may decide he doesn't want to participate in any more group sex parties altogether. Not sure Sid would be cool with Em fucking Bob ever again, even with him present, and after all the drama he may not want Em fucking any else ever again.

Oh well. There goes the last bit of interest going for this apartment. As many people have said before, this apartment desperately needs a 2nd couple living here, or at least one more actively social person.

Right.... Em was the one who fucked around on him with Logan, and then started flirting with Bob right in front of Sid, yet Sid is the one with the problem. Gotcha. I'm not saying Sid is perfect. He clearly isn't, but Em is far from perfect and innocent in all this too. Their relationship is complicated as fuck and goes far beyond "Sid is the problem." There's nothing stopping Em from breaking up with Sid if she really wanted to, but after her intense crying session after Sid was really upset it's pretty obviously she doesn't want him to leave. Otherwise she would have let Sid go right then and there.

Never said the relationship was deep, just said she doesn't want to lose him. If she didn't care, do you think she would still be with him after all this time?
