I think it is an interesting development. I guess any couple considering going into RLC might like to discuss the situation with other couples who have experienced life in the apartments. In many ways this news (assuming it is news rather than storytelling) is irrelevant to we fans. I find it hard to believe that each couple are not real couples. If this is the case then each of the participants should be nominated for an Oscar! Surely no-one could pretend (or act) 24/7. Surely this could not be simply 'acted'. I love the conspiracy theory and would welcome more information if this is possible. As I have said I am not particularly interested in the structure of the RLC company but hey keep the news coming if you can!

I have come the conclusion that Rusian is impotent. There can be no other explanation as to why he never has any physical contact with a girl that is as beautiful as Katya. In other words he will have known what he was walking into. I believe he must be affected by drugs or drink either currently or in the past. I know the 'project' is about real life and therefore they will have good and bad apartments. I wager though that RLC never thought this apartment would work out so badly! I am no techy but they seem to be doing a good job restricting access and distribution by the use of the braille code. If access to view is given with no ability to download then they can stay in control. If the idea is reasonable then with a bit more thinking it could turn into a good idea!!! It never makes good business sense to upset a customer. It is never good business practice to discourage a customer. It is however good business sense to find a solution to a customer problem. That problem is time. Time zone issues. Most rich (rich enough to afford to pay the subscription) are 'money rich, time poor'. Fancy toys and clever gizmos on the site are all well and good but they do not solve the problem.

Time Zone differences mean many people miss many interesting 'events'. This forum allowed everyone to share vids and pics and keep people up-to-date. Of course the fact that non-paying RLC people could also view the vids threatens RLC's revenue. RLC need to allow vid sharing or alternatively allow access to a storage file to view vids and pics. If only fee paying members were given access then revenue could be maintained and I think enhanced. Only being allowed to review 'events' that have happened makes spending extra money worthwhile. To be able to afford it then we have to go and earn it and we also have to be able to sleep! That doesn't leave much viewing time. If we are in the wrong time zone then it will never be worth subscribing. If RLC and CamCaps can come to the right arrangement both organisations can benefit and this wonderful forum can stay vibrant and entertaining. RLC can only win. We forum members can only win. Win-Win can't be a bad outcome in this complex world!!!
