Spot on--having done taxes for about 35 years myself and working with CPA's with my business---because of the tax laws, I too paid little to no tax for years--one can only follow the tax laws and complete your returns following the laws--and sometimes you pay little or no tax and other times you pay a lot.

Even though CBS is left leaning--this pretty much sums up IMO what the voters witnessed in this first debate. My personal opinion, is the American voter lost this first debate because of the childish behavior of both of our "Presidential candidates"--neither of which acted Presidential . Debate-watchers say Biden won first debate, but most felt "annoyed" — CBS News poll WWW.CBSNEWS.COM Immediately after the debate, the CBS News Battleground Tracker interviewed likely voters nationwide who watched the debate in order to get their reaction.

IMO President Trump could be digging his own grave, so to speak, complaining about the potential fraud with the mail in ballots. If we wins --is he still going to insist the vote was fraudulent and not all ballots were properly counted ???? 😏

This debate reminds me so much in watching episodes of the British Parliament "discussing" issues--a veritable shouting match 😏 And here I thought we broke away from England's influence centuries ago 😏

Based on the first debate, if both candidates were conservative, I would vote for Biden. But since that is not the case, I cannot bring myself to vote for a Democrat heading up a left leaning party who wants to fundamentally change America to a socialist economy.

I have to agree that this debate was nothing more than an attack on each other--much like these political threads in Camcaps. President Trump did however show the American public his thorough knowledge of perpetuo interpellandi. 😏

I guess that is a reflection of your own life---that no one ever just shows up to visit you (whether they call ahead or not ???😏 Visitors often call ahead and then show up--all we see (or hear) is him showing up in the apartment and maybe the girls knew he was coming.
