    What I have seen after the change does not excite me too much and I am a bit skeptical that RLC can survive this because of the number of apparent cancellations. However, I joined RLC when it started it only had 4 or 6 apartments--but the concept has drastically changed from the true voyeur experience back then. I am going to sit on the sidelines for a while and observe and add my 1 cent when I can. Really RLC would be no fun at all without CC.

    Come on Harley--you know that it takes a long time for the RLC guys to hand carry the cams from Russia to Barcelona. 😏

    I got the same exact form letter when I asked for a refund from RLC 8 days ago, and that is why I emailed Segpay to actually get a refund--they are still working on it-as RLC has notified Segpay of what they have done--and told Segpay that my membership was extended--but never said how long--so today I asked again for a full refund.

    I too am not hurting for funds, but I do not piss away my money for products that do not work--or for services that are not performed-- I get my money back or do not pay until I am satisfied. I ran my own company for 36 years and no one ever had to ask for a refund because of poor service or quality of my products. And it is even more important to be frugal with your hard earned money.

    I had emailed RLC asking for a refund of $100.00 based on the new 6 month subscription--got no response--so today, I emailed SegPay with the same complaint as Jimbo and asked for a full refund of $199.95.--will see how that goes- SegPay has emailed back already and said I should have an answer in 2 business days.
