Sadly I think RLC will stop this pretty soon when they find out. My theory is that they have a contract agreement with the tenants that they don't do porn before or during their stay. Blue is in another situation since she's not payed by RLC, but she does live there for free, since they pay for Curly & Butch. Why do I say this. Most likely because it seemed to me that Irma got thrown out. As I saw it, he didn't stop anything. It looked more like he know he shouldn't try anything, knowing that she would be mad if he did.
