We saw many occasions when people accidently pulled on a cable. Even cats climbing them. They never disconnected from the cam. Only the cam was moved or pulled of the wall.

Pulling on the cable the cam would be out of position as the cable is fixed in the cam. But that does not happen...

No Bullshit. These cams are powered over Ethernet (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_over_Ethernet) So they do not have a power plug. They get power over the data (Ethernet cable) too. Now show me the toothbrush working with an Ethernet cable. There is only one cable to pull. And yes they pulled it. And you know how an Ethernet plug looks? I found it. This girl here disconnected the cam yesterday night. She enters the bathroom and cam no longer works.
