Yes and there is a difference for me when to complain and when not. When people about to go to sleep and lights are already off or doing it at night or early morning I probably wont watch but wont complain. I do not expect people switch the lights on when they were off due to normal reasons before. That would be stupid. But what we saw here was the lights were switched off deliberately for having sex. And that's why I complain...
