    I dont think they program sites themself. They pay some IT company to do that. So when its same company working for VV and VH it is quite normal that they reuse some parts of code. I am a tech guy too and its quite common in my company to reuse code for different customers. Why should you program the same again when you have already done it?

    Yeah as I said the pool of participants for those sites is very limited. Maybe, thats just a rough guess, there is some kind of lets say agency working for all three (VV,VH,RLC) sending interested people to those sites.

    I know that but I think there are very very very few people there who want to live in appartements like on this site.

    Neither the girl nor the girl have signed contract for VV. Maybe they are testing both sites and will then decide where they will go

    Well I guess there are not sooo many people in moscow for living on such sites. I dont know how VV and VH find them but when they use similar methods lets say the chance you get same interested people in moscow area is pretty high

    Whats important too is we need more cams in appartements. At least one more in living room of SNAE appartement and three cams in every bedroom. There are too much hiding spots by now. And low light quality must improve too

    Maybe your provider gives streams from unknown sources not the full bandwith or handles them with low priority. When you have connection over cable you always have to share bandwith with other customers. Maybe youtube streams and other more common goods get higher priority from your ISP.

    You can rule out cable speed in general because I am on cable speed too and have no problems. Maybe the Issue from @miscvoyeur has sth. to do with latency... Just a guess.

    Timeline features works without any loading time for me. Thats great. But it is kind of nervous and difficult getting the right time with the mouse. And preview where your hold your mouse button would be cool
