Yes, that age old argument of top cam and bonus ...well there's an option on RLC to set your view to 'top cam' ...and I'd put money on when an apartment gets top cam (irrespective of what they are doing) ...they will earn more money from longer 'airtime' in the 'top cam' slot. If I'm wrong then nobody loses any sleep over it, I won't 😆
