    RLC aren't to blame ...so perhaps widen your viewing pleasure on RLC instead of investing time complaining about empty apartments. Some participants might want to spend Christmas with family or friends away from RLC as it's essentially a place of work and NOT permanent living quarters just to entertain subscribers on Christmas Eve/Day. They might have been invited to their family/friends residencies so this is not RLC's fault ...they don't control the participants (as you well know).

    Guess what happened ...my RLC sub renewed but was missing the Bonus Pack so I emailed them AGAIN and the full package was reinstated ...2nd time now and i think they will say to you if it happens again to contact Segpay or Veratol (whichever) you use as they look after the subscription packages BUT that tells me RLC are failing to tell them what members have ...if that makes sense.
