Now that the bedroom is made nice for a new tenant then we all know that Neyt will probably bring her herd of scatty sheep back and all the Rainbow Men for a party and they'll stay in the PHS and mess the bed up then leave without tidying up ...it happens all the time as we know. Just a scenario I'm pulling out of thin air as it's happened a number of times in the past.
